| The Mahindra Institute of Quality (MIQ) has therefore been established to develop outstanding Quality Management professionals who can bring Indian business organizations to world class quality levels. The Institute provides specialized education in Quality Management and training in related techniques. |

| Delivered in close collaboration with eminent Japanese and Indian experts, all programs are conducted using a unique training methodology which ensures a strong focus on application and practical problem solving. Its programs are open to all and more than a third of participants come from companies outside the Mahindra Group. |

| The programs conducted at MIQ have evolved over the last few years in keeping with the needs to organizations who are our customers. The training calendar contains the programs planned for the current year. Some of these program like the TIER I, TIER II and the Post Graduate Diploma in Quality Management (PGDQM) are regular annual features. Other programs cater to specific quality related skills and technique requirements. In addition, MIQ also conducts customized programs required by individual organizations. |

| MQW Training |
| A dedicated program for MQW, entitled Achieving Excellence through Mahindra Quality Way' has been designed to facilitate the implementation of MQW across the Group. |

| The key objective of this program is to familiarize companies on the framework and modalities of MQW, facilitate a thorough understanding of key elements of MQW through small cases and examples and equip companies with the knowledge to implement MQW. |

| Each module covers the meaning, importance and critical aspects of each element of the MQW framework. |
|
| MQW related best practices by some of the group companies are also shared in these programs. Separate programs have been designed to meet the unique needs of the manufacturing as well as the service sector companies. |
