CHALLENGE
In the pharma industry, procurement is a complex process and involves transactions of diverse magnitudes with suppliers of multiple sizes. Inefficient management of the procurement process may lead to suppliers losing interest in competing for procurement contracts, leading to fewer choices, higher delivery time and higher prices.
 
INTERVENTION
Our supplier engagement portal 'Vikreta' has been revamped and the entire process right from 'request for quotation' (RFQ) to 'final invoice' has been made digital. The objectives are multifold:
