Each Committee is guided by its Charter, which defines the composition, scope and powers. The Committees also make specific recommendations to the Board on various matters, whenever required. All observations, recommendations and decisions of the Committees are placed before the Board for information or for approval. Dr. Reddy's has eight Board-level Committees.
