We prepare for it proactively, practice it diligently and propagate it tirelessly. It is a core value of the Company and is not compromised at any cost. We began this journey of embedding safety into the DNA of the company through Project Parivartan in FY11. Parivartan, meaning change, has literally transformed the way we conduct business. This comprehensive three-year programme saw safety percolate deeper into our system. It helped us build a robust safety framework and upgrade safety infrastructure across our business units and offices, with improved capabilities of our employees to adopt safety measures in all activities and operations. The results were visible. There was a drastic reduction in our lost time injury frequency rate - from 0.37 in FY13 to 0.17 in FY14 and 0.15 in FY15.
