How can we expect our team members to be ambassadors of good health if their own health and safety is not securitised? The secondary construct is, we strongly believe that safety and productivity are two sides of the same coin. Our safety strategies reduce human error and associated inefficiency and waste. Along with safety, they also enhance quality and productivity. Our safety approach has clearly shifted from a 'reactive' to 'proactive' and from 'zero by chance' to 'zero by design' through 'Project Parivartan', a safety culture transformation journey. Over the years, our safety statistics have shown an encouraging performance with zero fatality in FY15 and we wish to sustain this success forever.
