Below initiatives were implemented to achieve the objectives:
1. Structured safety audits to check safety standards implementation
2. Train the trainer programme
3. Corporate quarterly safety reviews
4. Repeat incidents - classification and detailed analysis with BU heads and programme to prevent repeat incidents
5. Online database to track all safety activities including online MIS dashboard for quick review
6. Safety review meetings at zonal level and unit level by line managers
7. Regular communication through newsletter
8. Structured safety induction for new joinees
