Each zone has a set of auditors including the zone owner. Zone owner trains a set of auditors in his zone on Safety Field Audits (SFA). Zonal teams carry out at least one SFA every week on the quantum of activities and risks specific to the zone. Risks and severities are identified in each audit and are escalated to Risk Containment Committee (RCC) and then to Plant Committee for redressal.   Besides this, we conduct a Management System Audit which is spearheaded by the Site Head and the SHE team.
