| To embed quality as a way of life, it is vital to impart in-depth knowledge to all constituents. |
To deliver on the training and communication needs of the units, as well as
create a culture of quality among the workforce, we have formed a central
training committee which is ably supported by a training manager at each site. |
Our training approach focusses on identification of needs, efficient execution,
as well as evaluation of the trainee post the programme. |
In the reporting year, we initiated various capability building platforms including knowledge-sharing sessions, quality manual summary and role-based training programmes. We also launched a Computer based Training Application called Learning Management System (LMS) for sharing good manufacturing and
laboratory practices. |
