Motivating Performers
Motivation has a direct effect on the effort and persistence demonstrated by an employee. We foster an environment that buoys individual talent and celebrates teamwork.
Our rewards and recognition platforms celebrate excellence across all areas of operations, be it sales, R&D, HR or project management. Recognition is on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, as well as, yearly basis.
At the organisation level we have introduced 'Dr. Reddy's Recognition Centre', a global online platform, which enables line managers to reward and recognise employees. Business units have their own recognition frameworks and employees have also been empowered to appreciate their colleagues with spot recognitions.
