| Machine |
Machines play an important role in increasing productivity. We
identify equipment which are critical from the capacity point of
view and ensure that there is zero downtime. Our R&D team
validates the desired speed at which the machines are required
to run to provide desired amount of quality of product at a
desired pace. OEE of the machines is constantly measured at
the shop floor to ensure that productivity remains high. |
We ensure minimum machine stoppages. Even during the changeovers, we minimise time lag so that we continue to make medicines faster. In the reporting period, we increased the
productivity of machines through following interventions. |
